NEWS AND NOTES
Welcome back to a short, yet very busy week.
This week is a “benchmark week” for Reading Street. Students
will be given reading fluency benchmark tests in place of the typical Reading
Street work. Also the students
will be completing a practice MCAS test.
We are giving our second of three district writing prompts
this week. No grammar this week.
Tomorrow is an early release day.
Thursday our students switch the curriculum area they are
studying in the afternoon. 5A will
go to civics, 5B to science, and 5C to history.
Thursday morning we have a RYP lesson with Mrs. Meyer and
Mrs. Rodden.
