We do not have school on Monday in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's birthday.
Next Wednesday is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 11:50.
Information on our annual Variety Show went home today.
5B has a history project due Tuesday.
5A has an artist project due Tuesday.
To wrap up our Reading Street theme of the week on special effects, we watched some behind the scenes special effects magic from popular movies.
About The Fifth Grade
- Atkinson 5th Grade
- We are the 5th grade team at the Atkinson Elementary School. We hope you will use this blog to keep up to date on the happenings in your child's classroom. This will be our primary method of mass communication with the parents and guardians of the fifth grade team. We will post important events and test, quiz, and project dates on our calendar page. In addition, we will post our homework on a nightly basis. We will turn on the comments section for certain blog posts, not all.
